Printing Equipment Service was founded in 1962 by Ronald W. Ehrmann after a distinguished career at Western Gear Graphic Arts Division and NCR. Over the years PES has gained a reputation in the Printing Industry for its detail oriented service. From supplying new and used equipment, to onsite service, parts manufacturing, and custom engineering and design, we at Printing Equipment Service believe that there is no problem too big or too small.
For over 40 years, Printing Equipment Service has been your reliable source for quality new and used web and sheet fed printing equipment. We at PES don’t believe in selling you what we have, we believe in selling you what you need. If our sizable inventory of equipment and parts does not contain what you are looking for, we will track it down or build you a new one.
Our manufacturing department, led by Chief Machinist Jose B. Ayala, has more than 35 years of experience designing, building, and repairing parts and equipment specifically for the printing industry. If we can’t fix it, it can’t be fixed.
Recently, Jeffrey W. Ehrmann has carried on the family tradition by taking over the management of Printing Equipment Service. Jeff is a degreed Mechanical Engineer from the University of California, Berkeley, and has used his technological expertise to bring Printing Equipment’s engineering department into the 21st century.
At Printing Equipment Service, the customer is always right. If you buy a piece of used equipment from us, we will install it and stand by it. If you are looking for something that does not exist, we will invent it. If you have a machine that does not work, we will fix it.
